Do I need a business license to sell new era hats online?

Will I need one to sell them on ebay or if I have my own website? I do not wanna start selling them till I know. I buy at bulk wholesale price and sell them for normal prices.

I think just the city that you work out of is required. You can ask e-bay at the help window…

The city…then they may want to know a bunch of things about you.
