I have a paper straw hat and my mom spilled something on it and so i’m not sure how to wash it.
Steam and a clean white cloth. The steam if not careful can cause the hats straw to soften and if not careful loose it’s shape, but if you’re careful and biol a pot of water on stove tilt the pots lid allowing it to release a small amount of steam, then place the soiled area of the hat over the steam for a few seconds, then lightly wipe it with the cloth ans keep repeating until it’s clean.
