I suppose that if anyone did have it they would not be able to publish it online because of copyright infringement laws. You might find the same book in a library or even a store, and you could read it over and see if that helps. Could someone at home make a copy and mail it to you? Otherwise, any similar type of hat should help. There are huge numbers of free hat patterns online, and you can see pictures if you search images. If you just want to form the crown, just make your decreases according to the rate of decrease... and you should be fine. You can use the instructions on any hat... they are all the same.
