How to keep a New era hat clean for 20 games?

Ok so i just got a new era hat for my baseball team with my number on it.. I like it so much i want to continue wearing it after the season. I’m only gonna use it for 20 games so is there any tips i can get to keep it clean?
By the way its a black hat.

it’ll be pretty hard to keep it clean unless you play on all grass fields. TIPS: if the hat is white you can use bleach on it; try not to dive too much in the dirt; when you are at bat dont take the hat off, keep it on under the helmet so it doesnt get kicked around; and store it somewhere that isn’t dirty, EX: dont put it in your baseball bag because that is usually filled with dirt, keep it on a table at home or on a hook.
