I would agree w/ the others. its the only way I know is to wear it a lot. what I do is buy it a size bigger cuz when you sweat the hat shrinks to fit and is much more comfortable than trying to stretch a smaller one. References :

my brother bought a an A’s New Era hat and we were laughing because he was wearing it in the mall and it was so damn sqaure! (I said the hats are so huge like that because Kevin Mench threatened to sue new era if they didn’t make hats big enough for his head lol)

just wear it, it will stretch to fit your head. there isnt much else you can do.
