Do you guys know how I can do this?

30% Wool

70% Acrylic

Not sure if that’s going to help or not.

Not without ruining it completely. You could boil it in water to shrink it but the end result will not be a happy one. Acrylic does not shrink easily. Maybe sew a sweat band into it ?

   get a paper towel or two and roll them into the inside band of the hat. I did this with a stetson hat I got as a gift. It works!
