Do that and there should be a button to push on it that makes more steam come out then.. that should work. Or you could boil water and work the hat over the steam that is coming from the water boilin. Ummmmmm... Maybe steam it and try to shape it up and stiffen it. I don't know for sure, just thought maybe that could help.
