What is a cute hat I can wear in Italy?

I’m going to Italy for the 1st time in July & I know it will be hot. I want to wear a hat sometimes to keep the sun out of my face because I want to try to keep my complexion the best I can. But I want to wear something that I won’t look like a dumb tourist in. For example, I have a floppy straw hat, but would that seem like I should only wear it at the beach. I also have a denim bucket hat, but it doesn’t seem too stylish for Italy. Are those okay to wear or does anyone have any ideas for something casual but still fashionable and cute for Italy?

  2. I have a denim bucket hat , very similar to the one in the picture, but with a ‘billabong’ slogan on the front.

    In my many visits to Itlay i have received favourable comments on the style of the hat, so I would go with that.

    The straw hat will be fine for the beach, and would certainly not look out of place in Venice.

    They sell a lot of silk scarves in Italy, so maybe you could try something like that.
