    (a good question)Time travel is possible if you get on an airplane and fly, walk, or ride inb any transportation. from one time zone to the other. If you leave Atlanta Georgia at 7pm eastern rtime and fly to Birminham Ala. in 15 minutes it is 6;30 pm eastern time when you arrive you have in efect flown backwards in time, If you had flown from Birminham to Atlanta you have flown forwards in time (as for as time goes:).
    If you could travel from Atlanta to Seattle Washinton in 15 minutes beganning at 7 pm eastern time it would be it would be 4pm or 3 hours earleir when you arrived.
    If you could (theorically fly from Atlanta to England in 15 minute you would be traveling back to yesterday. This is sor tof time travel.
    Right we do not have any other method of time travel. But it is on the horizon, and could become reality soon. Science can now make a electrical or machanical motor so small it cannot be seen with out a micscrope which works, Invisabilty is here but just not perfected to feasibility yet.
    Star Trek type travel is now possible (the method, not the speed), but takes many years to acheive the speed as the escaping electrons which propel the craft is not yet productive. but the theory and method does work in space.
