Obvious answer:
The mattress if for when the KFC staff get all horned up (and greased up) and they go out back for some hob-nobbing on the mattress.
Wonder has a bucket hat. Sometimes I like to lick it for hours and hours and hours ……

You know why! That's why you walked around the back, you sly thang! The nasty mattress was left for doin' the nasty funky chicken, for buckin' bucket naked, I guess ya ate the funky chicken, cuz the bucket's empty, so that hat is a bucket hat for buckin' bucket naked!

It would be bucket hat. You see the modifier "bucket" preceeds that which it modifies. In this case "hat’ is the noun which is modified by the adjective "bucket".
