That is pure BS, If you are sure of who and what you are don’t be afraid of the pink hat. Even better, buy a pink shirt and pink slacks, don’t go for pink shoes, those are really gay, and wear that when she want you to go with her somewhere nice. Remember to smile a lot or have a smirk on your face all the time and never wear the stupid pink hat, just to demonstrate that only real men can wear pink and don’t give a s**t.

I had the same problem with my wife, but in my case it was a belt. I buy a shirt, slacks and a cowboy hat, all in pink!! and wear it for her family reunion, I show up about an hour after her with her dad and brother dress in the same way and she was furious. We had the most funny family reunion of all time, can you imagine 1 active Marine and 2 combat Veterans (also Marines) showing up dress in pink!!

uhh yeah why would you wear a fisherman's hat to go out on a date.. A guy should wear nice wearable clothes to a date.. if girls put effort in their clothing than guys should as well. And you are admitting your fashion sense is poor so maybe she is right you do need to go shopping for new clothes. How about the next date surprise her with something better than your bucket hat

I would be more concerned that your gf dictates to you what you can and cannot wear. If she is doing it now can you imagine how bad it will get if yoy make this a long term thing.

OMG! If I was you I'd break up with her, I'm a girl and would never do that to my boyfriend, and if all she thinks you are is eye candy, then maybe she needs to grow up! For my boyfriend, I don't care what he wears, it's all a matter of whether you love each other! To be truthful, I'm a hat person myself and think ANY hat would suit any boy!
