I have seen a bunch of answers for wool hats but not all cotton. I am worried about damaging the hat. Put in in the dryer for a little while. Watch it carefully, though.

i don’t advise trying it because it will screw it up. what it will do it the cap part will get small and the part that sticks out will be the same length as before.References :
